We believe in transparency. Here is everything you need to know about our pricing, service area, and what to expect when you book Handyman Katy.

We are locally owned and operated in Katy. We primarily serve zip codes 77494, 77450, 77493, and 77449. This includes neighborhoods like Cinco Ranch, Firethorne, Elyson, Cane Island, and Old Katy.

Yes. We have a $275 service minimum. This ensures we can dedicate the proper travel time, vehicle maintenance, and professional attention to your home. If you have a small repair, we recommend creating a "Honey-Do List" of 2-3 items so we can tackle them all in one visit!

The fastest way is to text us photos of your repair to (281) 346-9483. Seeing the damage allows us to give you a ballpark estimate immediately. For larger lists, we will schedule a free on-site assessment.

We prefer Flat-Rate Pricing. Before we start, we give you a total price for the project. You won't be surprised if a job takes longer than expected or if we need to run to the hardware store.

We handle minor fixtures only (faucets, garbage disposals, ceiling fans, light fixtures). We do not run new wiring behind walls or re-pipe homes. For major systems, we refer you to licensed Masters.

Absolutely. Handyman Katy carries full General Liability Insurance. We treat your home with respect, but you can rest easy knowing you are fully protected.
